Booklet Printing Instructions
1) Booklets are in pdf format.
To print as a booklet, use the booklet print option on your PDF reader. Be sure that two-sided printing is enabled. This will arrange and print two booklet pages on the front and on the back of every 8 1/2” by 11” or A4 sheet of paper. (That’s four booklet pages per sheet of paper.) In multi-sheet booklets, the numbered booklet pages will not appear in sequence at this stage.

2) Assemble the document.
The printed sheets should come out of the printer in the correct order. If not, lay the first side of the first sheet down with the second side facing up. Then on this lay down the first side of the second sheet, oriented in the same direction, with its second side facing up. Continue with the remaining sheets. Carefully straighten the stack of sheets, then fold the stack in half to make the booklet. Staple along the crease. The booklet pages will now appear in the correct order.
